Drawing Made Easy: a helpful book for young artists (1921)
Drawing Made Easy is a vintage "how to draw" book by George Lutz. Although intended for children I thought some of the drawing methods described were incredibly similar to the intercross and envelope techniques we use in class. Download the full pdf version of the book here.
Straight lines and angles are determined at the outset to simplify the form and obtain more accurate proportions.
